These terms apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with Nestled Paws. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. About us

Nestled Paws is an online retailer of pet supplies operating in the United States. You can reach us at jamisonatkins@outlook.com.

2. Using this site

You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, and not to copy, scrape, or resell its content without our written permission.

3. Products, descriptions and images

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including dimensions and materials. Colours may appear differently on different screens, and some product images are illustrative. Measurements are approximate. We do not warrant that descriptions are entirely free of error, and we reserve the right to correct them.

Our products are pet accessories, not medical devices. Nothing on this site is veterinary advice. If your animal has a health condition, speak to your vet.

4. Supervision and safe use

Pet toys, chews, harnesses, tethers and similar items should be used under supervision and inspected regularly for wear. Replace anything damaged. Car restraints are aids, not certified safety devices, and should be attached to a harness rather than a collar. You accept responsibility for using our products appropriately for your animal's size, strength and temperament.

5. Pricing and availability

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. All orders are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund you in full.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than fulfil it. We will always tell you if we do.

6. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider; we do not store your card details. We may refuse or cancel an order where we suspect fraud or a payment problem.

7. Shipping, returns and refunds

Our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy form part of these terms. Please read both — they set out our delivery windows and your return rights.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Intellectual property

The Nestled Paws name, our written product copy, and the images we produce are our property. Third party brand names appear only to identify products.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut and the United States.
