When will my order arrive?
It depends on the product, so check the description on the item you want. Some ship from a US warehouse within a few days; others come direct from our overseas supplier and take 2 to 3 weeks. Shipping is free on every order either way.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery. Email us and we will sort it out — for small items we usually refund without asking you to ship anything back.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page lists dimensions and, where relevant, a weight range. If your pet is between sizes, size up — or email us their breed and weight and we will tell you which to pick.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, as long as it has not shipped. Message us within a few hours of ordering and we will update or cancel it.
