Cleaning

Vacuum it in place, wipe it down, or take it out and wash it — hand or machine. The waterproof face means a wet dog after a river walk doesn't soak through to your upholstery.

Honest limits

Universal-fit means it fits most rear benches well and a few badly — measure first, and check where your headrests sit, because the straps need somewhere to clip. It protects your car; it does not restrain your pet, so pair it with a harness and a tether. In hammock mode the footwell is covered, which some dogs love and some dislike — you can always drop it flat.
