A self-propelled ball that rolls, changes direction and drags a braided cord tail behind it, so your cat gets something to chase without you holding a wand. The ball sits inside a clear outer cage, so the moving shell stays away from paws and fur.

Three modes

Press to cycle through modes — each one has its own indicator colour:

• Blue — Fast. Quick, erratic movement for cats that want a real chase

• Yellow — Interactive. The one worth having. The ball rolls when your cat touches it, then drops to standby after five minutes without contact — so it isn't buzzing around the house all day, and the battery lasts across sessions

Honest limits

We don't quote a run time per charge because the maker doesn't state one. The direction change is a motor reversing on contact, not obstacle sensing — don't expect it to navigate around things. It's a small object with a detachable tail, so supervise play and put it away afterwards, especially with a cat that likes to chew parts off toys.

Cats are the main audience here, though plenty of small dogs will happily push it around too.

Shipping

This one ships direct from our overseas supplier, so plan on 2 to 3 weeks to reach you. Tracking is issued at dispatch but often sits quiet for the first week or so before it starts updating — that's normal for this route and not a sign anything has gone wrong.
