We keep a deliberately short list — things we've checked, costed and can stand behind. So if you came here looking for something and didn't find it, we'd genuinely like to know what it was.

What to tell us

The more specific you can be, the better our chances of finding it:

• What the item is, and what kind of pet it's for — we cover dogs, cats and smaller pets
• Size, breed or weight, if fit is part of the problem
• A link or a photo of something close to what you mean, if you have one handy
• Roughly what you'd expect to pay — this helps us work out quickly whether we can source it at a price that makes sense

What happens next

A person reads every one of these, and we'll come back to you within two business days. If we can source it well, we'll tell you what we found and let you know when it lands on the site. If it turns out we can't do it properly, we'll say so and point you somewhere better.

This genuinely shapes the store

It's how we decide what to add next. When several people ask for the same thing, it goes straight to the top of the list — so a request is never shouting into the void.
